Returns & Refund Policy
AV Supplies is a trade supplier of audio-visual and digital signage equipment to businesses. The following returns policy applies to all orders placed through avsupplies.ie.
Returns are accepted only for goods that are damaged on arrival or that are faulty.
Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your delivery on receipt. Any damage must be reported to orders@avsupplies.ie within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the damage, so we can resolve it quickly and raise a claim with the courier where needed.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, email orders@avsupplies.ie with your order number and a description or photos of the fault within 30 days of delivery. Once the fault is verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
What we cannot accept
- Change of mind or incorrect ordering.
- Goods that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Special-order or custom-configured items, unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, typically within 5–10 working days. For verified faulty or damaged goods, we also cover return postage.
How to start a return
Email orders@avsupplies.ie with your order number, the item, and photos/description of the damage or fault. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
