Where we deliver

We deliver across Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Delivery charges

  • Ireland: €25 flat rate — FREE on orders over €1,000
  • UK & EU: €85 flat rate

Delivery times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Ireland usually takes 2–4 working days; UK and EU deliveries take a little longer depending on destination and courier.

For large items such as screens, totems and kiosks, we’ll confirm the delivery date and any site-access requirements with you. If you need delivery for a specific date, please email orders@avsupplies.ie before ordering. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.

Returns

Returns are accepted for goods that are damaged on arrival or faulty. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page. In short:

  • Damaged on arrival: report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • Faulty within 30 days: email orders@avsupplies.ie with your order number and details of the fault.
  • Verified faulty or damaged goods are repaired, replaced or refunded, and we cover return postage.
